Collector FC

I’m not sure when and how I started collecting football shirts. They were a common souvenir when I was little, but it got to a point where I started taking it very seriously, contacting with clubs, travelling abroad only to go to a game or visit a stadium and buy its shirt. My friends will travel and bring me shirts from all over the world. First one in my collection is 1994’s Sporting Clube de Portugal from Lisbon, after 26 years, more than 230 shirts have been added to the collection; and growing. One only rule, have to be bought in its city of origin.

My plan and work that is in the making for some months is an instagram page that can showcase the collection, by showing different examples of the shirts and the players that wore it. Long-term dream is to write a book, where the shirts and different stories from the teams will be showcased.
